Update on Buffalo Developments

David Kelly, Buffalo Community Planning and Economic Development Director, will be our Rotary speaker this week.  Mr. Kelly is a strategic and accomplished planning professional with four years of project implementation, data modeling, and program management experience, seeking opportunities in affordable housing and community/economic development.  He joined the City of Buffalo's planning department last summer and will give us an update on what's going on in Buffalo and where is economic development headed.
